The use of this site requires that you to accept the following terms and conditions:

Account Registration

Please register with this site if you wish to place orders. 
Registration speeds the order process and allows you to view your order history. 
All account details will be held securely and we do not hold payment information on our server.
Please ensure that you read our Privacy Policy.

Mailing List

Please subscribe ONLY if you wish to receive occaisional emails from us. 
Email addresses will be held securely and will not be passed on to 3rd parties. 
You can of course unsubscribe at any time by selecting the appropriate option in your account page.
Emails from us will only be directly related to the nursery, for example, special offers, nursery open days, etc.
Please ensure that you read our Privacy Policy.

Collection terms and condition

Collection from shows: please reserve your plants either by calling 07779728378 or using the form on the contact us page or adding the items to your basket and selecting the collect from show option for shipping (PAYMENT REQUIRED ON CHECKOUT). You must make your reservation at least 3 weeks in advance of the show and state which show you wish to collect from.

Collect from nursery: Call 07779728378 or use the shopping cart and select the collect in person shipping option. Further instructions will be included in the confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.

Mail order terms and conditions

Plants will be shipped within 14 working days, in the sequence that the orders are received.

We guarantee to despatch good healthy plants. While all due care and attention is taken to ensure that your plants are delivered in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit.

Should there be any cause for complaint, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please take a photograph and email it to us straight away. Complaints cannot be processed without photographic evidence. Photographs should be date and time stamped and must be of sufficient quality so that the cause of the complaint is easily seen.

We will not replace plants lost due to abnormal conditions after you receive them, including but not limited to neglect or damage by pest or animals.

Plants may have to be cut back if required for shipping.
